Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Scrum Master or similar releasing complex software
• Deep experience with agile techniques and enabling teams
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
• Structured problem-solving and impediment removal
• Passion for coaching teams through changes in processes and tech
• Continuous improvement mindset focused on CI/CD and release management
• Excellent communication, mentoring, and stakeholder management
• Experience coordinating multi-location teams and banking/finance contexts
• Solid SDLC background with DevOps and automation experience
• Proven track record delivering complex software releases

Responsibilities

• Ensure goals are understood by all team members
• Collaborate with PM and team to maintain a healthy backlog
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies effectively
• Support incremental delivery with quality and compliance standards
• Understand architectural context and functional requirements
• Remove impediments and shield team from distractions
• Promote agile values and processes across teams
• Coordinate with Release Management on planning and dependencies
• Produce sprint metrics to assess delivery quality
• Manage risks and stakeholder communications
