Zifo seeks an Associate Scientific Strategy Consultant to drive medium-to-high complexity engagements in North America. You will lead cross-functional teams, define success metrics, and collaborate with clients to deliver strategic informatics solutions.

Bring 5–7 years in pharma/biotech/agritech, plus strong communication and leadership skills. Travel up to 25% may be required as projects demand.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years of relevant industry experience in pharmaceutical R&D, biotechnology, or agritech.
• Experience leading informatics solution projects (e.g., ELN, LIMS implementations).
• Familiarity with scientific workflows (e.g., bioanalysis, compound management, medicinal chemistry) and data concepts in life sciences.
• Strong communication skills and ability to drive problem elucidation activities and stakeholder alignment.

• Define and own project success, leveraging core consulting behaviors across audiences.
• Own accountability for URS, functional requirements, data/process maps, workflows, and roadmaps.
• Conduct vendor evaluations and define implementation strategies for pharma/biotech/agritech clients.
• Assess system landscapes and contribute to IT/informatics/data landscape roadmaps.
• Manage one or more large projects/programs with estimation, scheduling, risk management, and milestones.
• Mentor associates across Zifo and track key project metrics for client engagements.
