ACCEL Schools is seeking an experienced Principal for Barber Preparatory Academy in Highland Park, Michigan. The role leads instructional design, curriculum, teacher evaluation and school operations to advance student achievement.

The Principal oversees data-driven instruction, professional development and student wellbeing, ensuring AYP goals and a positive school culture across PK-8. ACCEL Schools supports a standards-based program and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience leading school instruction and curriculum development.
• Ability to analyze data to drive instructional improvement.
• Strong communication with staff, families and partners.
