Job summary

Century Mold is seeking a Scheduling & Planning Specialist in Rochester, NY. You will plan production schedules using MRP to minimize inventories while meeting customer demand and coordinating with Purchasing for material availability.

The role emphasizes weekly material reviews, data analysis, and reporting to managers and suppliers. A Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years scheduling experience is required, with strong MS Office and MRP skills. Competitive salary and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 1–3 years scheduling-related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with MRP System and Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new software as needed.

Responsibilities

• Use MRP to plan production schedules minimizing finished goods and meeting customer needs.
• Monitor orders and adjust planning data to ensure inventory supports Rochester manufacturing.
• Use Kan Ban to manage WIP and finished goods not aligned with MRP.
