Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years SAP Procurement or consulting experience.
• Experience supporting at least one full lifecycle SAP implementation, preferably an SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Hands-on experience in one or more SAP Procurement specializations, including: SAP S/4HANA Procurement (Direct Materials); SAP Invoice Management and Accounts Payable Integration; SAP Inventory Management; SAP Ariba Supplier Lifecycle and Performance (SLP), Strategic Sourcing, or Contracts; SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing; SAP Ariba Integration, including Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
• Experience configuring SAP MM procurement processes, including material master, business partner (vendor), RFQs, contracts, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, approval workflows, output management, goods receipts, stock transport orders, ALE, and IDocs.
• Experience in one or more SAP Ariba solutions, including Ariba SLP, Strategic Sourcing, Contracts, Buying and Invoicing, Supply Chain Collaboration, Commerce Automation, or Cloud Integration Gateway (CIG).
• Knowledge of integration points with Accounts Payable, Production Planning, Sales & Distribution, and other related SAP modules.

Responsibilities

• Support SAP Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) workstreams within SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation engagements.
• Design and configure SAP Materials Management (MM) solutions across purchasing, inventory management, goods movements, and invoice verification processes.
• Advise clients on procurement leading practices and SAP standard capabilities while balancing business requirements with scalable solutions.
• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Develop functional specifications, process documentation, test scripts, training materials, and other project deliverables.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Sales to help deliver integrated business solutions.
