Job summary

DoD SAPCO, part of the Department of Defense, seeks a senior professional at the GS-15 level to apply complex legislative and regulatory guidance to implementing policy for DoD Special Access Programs. The candidate will develop and implement policies and procedures for SAP execution and governance, and assess program effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative methods.

Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to GS-14 in the Federal service demonstrating ability to apply complex legislative and regulatory guidance to implementing policy and resolve difficult program issues.
• Experience developing and implementing policies and procedures for special access programs.
• Experience applying qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessing and improving program effectiveness.
