Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect at the Senior Manager level within its Salesforce Business Group in the United States. You will own the overall solution vision for large, complex programs and guide a team of architects and leads to deliver cutting-edge Life Sciences solutions.

You’ll translate strategic intent into architecture direction for VP/Director-level stakeholders, lead governance, and collaborate with alliance teams to leverage the latest platform

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Salesforce delivery experience in architecture or senior leadership roles
• Experience delivering multiple large-scale Salesforce Life Sciences programs
• Experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud
• Experience leading delivery using Agile/SAFe at program scale
• Experience leveraging AI/ML capabilities within Life Sciences solutions
• Experience supporting Life Sciences clients at senior delivery or advisory level
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

Responsibilities

• Own the overall solution architecture vision for large-scale Salesforce Life Sciences programs across design, data strategy, and integration
• Serve as senior liaison translating strategic intent into architecture direction for business and delivery teams
• Lead architecture governance including standards, design reviews, and platform direction decisions
• Act as primary escalation point for delivery teams to resolve cross-workstream design conflicts
• Mentor and develop Manager-level Solution Architects and tech leads
• Partner with alliance teams, Salesforce product teams, and vendors to shape the solution approach
• Lead architecture contributions during pursuits (RFPs, demos, client conversations)
• Drive reusable assets and architecture blueprints for Life Sciences
• Manage program-level solution risk and mitigation efforts
