Job summary

AIG is seeking a Sr. Director of Sales to lead strategic client development in the Warranty division.

You will build senior-level relationships with Administrators, OEMs, retailers, MSPs, brokers and other stakeholders to promote warranty capabilities and expand our market position as an Obligor, Underwriter and Administrator. You will own the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiations, shaping solution designs to support growth and ensuring alignment with operational capacity.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of insurance and extended warranty offerings.
• Proven ability to develop and manage relationships with executives.
• Strong presentation and communication skills across sales cycles.
• Experience in driving strategic growth and complex negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop a robust pipeline of potential clients aligned with leadership strategies.
• Provide market insights and strategic direction for service contract offerings.
• Collaborate with VP of Business Development and National Accounts on trends and hurdles.
• Establish relationships with potential clients and position AIG as trusted advisor.
• Ensure client agreements align with operational capacity and execution feasibility.
• Coordinate with vendors to support proposals and sales strategies.
• Forecast sales and cost impacts with Finance for new programs.
