The Strategic Sales Director, Agentforce Operations focuses on selling our cutting‑edge products that automate complex operational workflows and deliver trusted, human‑like reasoning at scale.
As a key senior sales leader, you’ll formulate and execute a scalable sales strategy within a designated vertical—driving growth by penetrating our existing Salesforce customer base and attracting new customers. You’ll help organizations radically scale their operational capacity, reduce manual bottlenecks, and maximize ROI by deploying autonomous agents that seamlessly connect data, actions, and humans across the enterprise.
You will work with customers to demonstrate the value of Salesforce’s Agentforce Operations product, which unifies business logic, CRM data, and autonomous AI actions into a secure, scalable ecosystem. You’ll guide customers to the right solutions that transform front‑ and back‑office operations, streamline complex multi‑step processes, and establish the next generation of digital‑first operational efficiency.

The typical base salary range for this position is $157,640 - $244,510 annually, with location‑specific ranges where applicable.
