Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Sr. Sales & Delivery Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operating rhythm for the Strategic Industries Business Development function and to deliver strategic initiatives that enable growth and effectiveness.

You will partner with leaders to drive pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and sales planning, while guiding delivery team performance. You will bring strong analytical skills, the ability to influence cross-functional teams, and

Qualifications

7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Experience presenting to senior leadership.
Experience developing and implementing systems/tools for CRM and revenue reporting.
Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes or policies.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end operating rhythm for SI BD, enabling growth and effectiveness.
Drive go-to-market execution, pipeline management, forecasting and territory planning.
Own field operational mechanisms like deal reviews and pipeline inspections.
Lead initiatives to improve business performance and cycle time.
Coordinate planning activities across SI delivery and BD teams.
Establish rhythm of business with monthly reviews and QBRs.
Partner with stakeholders on planning and execution within scope.
Drive process improvements and training as needed.
