AWS (Amazon Web Services, Inc.) is seeking a Sr. Sales & Delivery Operations Manager for Strategic Industries in Arlington, VA.

You will own the end-to-end operating rhythm for the Business Development function, drive GTM execution, and oversee pipeline, territory, and performance management. You will partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic initiatives, improve efficiency, and ensure delivery and BD goals are met.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of sales operations or equivalent experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Aufgaben

• Own the end-to-end operating rhythm for the Strategic Industries Business Development function, delivering strategic initiatives that enable growth and effectiveness of the business development organization
• Partner with leaders to drive execution of the go-to-market strategy, and bring visibility, insights, and rigor to pipeline management, forecasting, territory planning, and sales planning
• Own and execute key field operational mechanisms (e.g., territory planning, deal reviews, pipeline inspections, and business performance inspections)
• Ideate and lead initiatives focused on driving business performance, efficiency, and effectiveness of the business development organization—improving deal success, pipeline management, and accelerating the opportunity-to-cash cycle
• Partner with select Strategic Industries delivery Area Leads to pursue prioritized initiatives
• Own select planning and operational activities across the SI delivery organization
• Define and lead the rhythm of business to inspect and manage the business and ensure achievement of the organizational goals and objectives, inclusive of delivery and BD, ie. Monthly business reviews, QBRs, etc.
• Lead strategic planning and annual planning activities in partnership with cross functional teams and senior leaders
• Own communication and partnership with business stakeholders, finance, recruiting, and HR regarding planning and execution within scope
• Drive process improvement and change management across the segment—lead and deliver training as needed
• Be a subject matter expert on your businesses. Own escalations and raise operational concerns. Define and land key initiatives.
