Waste Management is seeking a Strategic Sales Coach to enhance the skills of their National Account Managers and Strategic Account Executives. This role involves continuous coaching, training program development, and collaboration with sales leadership to improve overall performance. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in sales, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to positively impact team effectiveness.

I. Job Summary
A Strategic Sales Coach guides and develops National Account Managers (NAM) and Strategic Account Executives (SAE) to grow their skills and improve performance. A sales coach empowers sellers through continuous practice, guidance, and feedback.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned.

A. Education and Experience
Education: Bachelor’s Degree (accredited) in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar area of study, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and seven (7) years of relevant work experience.
Experience: Ten (10) years of previous related experience (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements

C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required
None required.

Normal setting for this job is an remote setting, but could require travel to field locations.
The expected base pay range for this position across the U.S is $119,000 - 136,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
