Job summary

• Lead administration, review, and negotiation of contracts to minimize risk.
• Manage COIs, subcontractor compliance, and insurance program relations.
• Oversee bonding programs and partner relationships.
• Monitor claims activity and recommend strategies to reduce exposure.
• Develop safety and risk management programs and policies.
• Coach Safety Managers and Fleet Coordinator and drive performance.
• Build a culture of accountability where safety is integrated.
• Lead incident investigations, OSHA interactions, and return-to-work programs.
• Analyze risk metrics, identify trends, and present executive recommendations.
• Collaborate with Operations to identify emerging risks and drive improvements.
• Oversee fleet lifecycle planning and maintenance programs.
• Monitor fleet metrics to reduce costs and improve driver safety.
• Ensure fleet resources meet current and future needs.
