Qualifications

• OR associate degree in relevant field with two years’ experience in electric utility field operations.
• OR High School diploma/GED with 5 years' experience in related electric utility field operations.
• 8 years of S&H experience, or electric utility operations experience in addition to education.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program leadership and coordination.
• Conduct safety audits and report findings to management.
• Develop and deliver S&H training programs.
• Advise on regulatory compliance with OSHA and MSHA.
• Investigate incidents and implement hazard controls.
