Job summary

Join our team at Scientific Protein Laboratories (SPL), a world leader in biosourced pharmaceuticals, located just outside of Madison, Wisconsin in Waunakee. SPL specializes in the development and cGMP compliant manufacturing of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs).

This position leads Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Production and Material Control (PMC) across the SPL site. Supports the COO in translating strategy and driving transformation programs within SPL, including

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in production planning, S&OP, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in GMP environments preferred.
• Strong data analysis and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) and Production and Material Control (PMC).
• Develop capacity, output, and raw material charging plans.
• Manage inventory levels, safety stock, and supply risks.
• Oversee system development and digitalization of management processes.
• Lead departmental talent development and performance management.
