Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in routing, logistics, supply chain, or transportation coordination.
• Proficiency in routing software, shipment tracking tools, and carrier management systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate routing team workflow to ensure timely, efficient shipment scheduling.
• Use routing software to prioritize and schedule shipments while adhering to SLAs and carrier requirements.
• Collaborate with customer service, distribution leadership, wave planning, and operations to maintain smooth order flow.
• Review routing guides, quote shipment rates, monitor carrier pickups, and address appointment issues.
• Generate bills of lading, customs documents, and process small package shipments via FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
• Provide training and support to improve routing team performance and efficiency.
• Support facility KPIs by maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
