Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics or transportation required.
• Minimum 8 years of routing or transportation experience in food distribution.
• Strong data analytics and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly strategic routing optimization across divisions.
• Analyze plan vs. actual performance, route times, and stops.
• Run multiple routing scenarios and finalize master re-route plan.
• Collaborate with field operations and sales to refine routes.
• Create SOPs for rerouting and align with KPIs.
• Standardize routing docs for smooth transitions across routers.
• Provide optimized templates for daily dispatch routing software.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
