Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Missouri, LLC is seeking a Routing Supervisor to support route planning, monitoring and execution for daily delivery routes. This role focuses on accurate scheduling, continuous improvement in service levels and productivity across the distribution network.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, 5+ years in warehouse/routing, and strong analytical, communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/or work experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in warehouse and routing.
• Proficient in MS Office and other computer programs including presentation software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with diplomacy and customer service.
• Ability to multi-task, work independently or in a team, and meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills; sound judgement and problem-solving.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Trains and coaches site employees on the use of the Transportation System to achieve business goals.
• Continuously improve productivity by setting goals for stops, containers, miles per route day and route hours.
• Manages and monitors route performance; collaborates with transportation and warehouse teams to implement changes.
• Maintain RoadNet data; Review and utilize telmatic data for efficiency.
• Oversee routing deliveries/pickups (returns) to maximize stops and cases.
• Set holiday delivery schedule using alternate calendar.
• Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.
