Citi is seeking a Program Management Lead for the Risk PMO in Getzville, NY. The role demands strategic leadership, overseeing complex, multi-project initiatives within Risk Management.

You will partner with Risk and Technology stakeholders to align scope, milestones and reporting to drive measurable outcomes. Ideal candidates have 10–15 years of experience, strong risk knowledge, and a track record in agile environments.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of experience in risk or program management.
• Strong risk domain knowledge and understanding of risk processes.
• Strong technical skills and data understanding; innovative/AI and agile capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large multi-faceted project or multiple projects aligned with Risk Management Organization goals and target state vision.
• Own project goals leveraging expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team.
• Organize new challenges and drive business results.
• Use best practice PMO methodology to create a project plan to fit stakeholders’ needs and deliver within budget.
• Drive end results of the project as a representative of the business.
• Work closely with Risk and Technology stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Prepare, maintain, and submit clear activity/progress reports and time records.
• Assess project risk potentials and discover potential problems before they occur.
• Apply proactive progress tracking and teach good project management practices.
