Job summary

Cisco Systems is seeking a senior leader to head the Supply Chain Risk Management team within the Strategy and Resiliency Operations function. You will oversee risk analysts and operations professionals, setting priorities and coaching teams to embed risk thinking across Global Supply Chain.

This hybrid role requires guiding proactive risk programs, incident response, and cross-functional collaboration, while driving adoption of AI-enabled risk tools and scalable processes across Cisco's global

Qualifications

10+ years of operational or enterprise risk management experience
Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics environments
Strong team leadership and coaching capability
Ability to attract and retain talent
Comfort with ambiguity and change; transformation initiatives
Strategic thinking paired with operational rigor

Responsibilities

Lead the team: manage and develop risk analysts and operations professionals
