Job summary

Cisco’s Supply Chain Risk Management team seeks a senior leader to guide a team of risk analysts and operations professionals. This is a hybrid role, based in the US with one day per week in the Cisco office.

You will oversee risk programs, incident response, and cross‑functional engagement, while designing proactive risk processes and AI‑driven insights to protect Cisco’s operations. The starting salary ranges from $187,800 to $246,300.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of operational or enterprise risk management experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or logistics.
• Strong team leadership and coaching capability; ability to attract and retain talent.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change; experience managing transformation initiatives in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Strategic thinking paired with operational rigor, equally comfortable designing systems and executing day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to translate risk concepts for business leaders and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of risk analysts and operations professionals.
• Oversee current operational risk management activities, incident response, compliance with risk frameworks, and cross-functional partner engagement.
• Design and implement proactive risk management processes, including risk identification frameworks, scenario planning, early warning systems, and preventive controls using AI tools and data from internal and external signals.
• Drive adoption and lead the change curve as GSC shifts from reactive to proactive risk management.
• Represent risk in leadership forums, translating risk insights into business implications for strategic supply chain decisions.
