Goldman Sachs is seeking a Risk governance professional to drive division-wide programs and the operational risk framework across the Risk Division. You will liaise with senior stakeholders, support risk programs (RCSA, Issues, Business Continuity, policies), and contribute to governance improvements and policy management.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership, data-driven analysis, and clear communication with senior management, while coordinating multiple initiatives globally.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required with 3+ years of work experience.
• Experience in non-financial risk disciplines preferred (operational risk/enterprise risk/compliance/audit).
• Proactive self-starter with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication with senior management.
• Ability to execute multiple division-wide initiatives concurrently.
• Ability to navigate large data sets, develop metrics and perform analysis.
• Experience managing junior resources.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with senior Risk division stakeholders to drive department-wide programs and governance uplift.
• Support execution of key risk management programs across RCSA, Issue Management, Business Continuity, regulatory traceability, policies and events.
• Design and report governance framework components with templates, standards and indicators for senior management.
• Contribute to management and coordination of division’s governing documents and policy stacks.
• Support transformation projects and presentations across the division.
