Responsibilities

• Develop and execute billing strategies to improve clean claim rates and approval.
• Lead revenue cycle initiatives to reduce pending revenue and accelerate cash flow.
• Establish and improve billing workflows, policies, and procedures for scalability.
• Monitor KPIs and billing analytics to identify trends and revenue risk.
• Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with IT, Revenue Cycle, and operational leaders on system enhancements.
