Job summary

Kodiak Solutions is seeking a data analytics professional to support revenue cycle analytics projects using Snowflake and SQL. You will analyze healthcare finance data, build dashboards, and present insights to executives and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business, Analytics or a related field (MBA/MHA/MPH a plus).
• Strong proficiency in SQL with complex datasets and analytics.
• Min 2 years of Snowflake experience.
• Experience with data visualization tools; Sigma/Power BI a plus.
• Relevant revenue cycle or healthcare finance data experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to present insights to executives.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day revenue cycle data analytics tasks using Kodiak's technology and data.
• Provide high-quality analyses and process improvement solutions for clients.
• Translate data insights into compelling slide decks and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with client management and internal teams to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve workflows.
