Job summary

Kodiak Solutions is seeking a Healthcare Implementation Senior Consultant in the United States. You will gather data from healthcare organizations, collaborate with technical and revenue cycle teams, and train client end-users.

The role requires strong data and technology understanding and the ability to deliver insightful financial and operational reporting. You will also mentor junior teammates, thrive in fast-paced projects, and support healthcare finance initiatives with hands-on data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of functional consulting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Foundational skills in data management, data analysis and visualization, data validation, and data integration concepts.
• Team-oriented with ability to collaborate with diverse teams, virtually and in-person.
• Comfort presenting in a customer-facing capacity, at times to senior level executives and other leaders/stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multi-task and complete projects on time.
• Highly effective communication skills, as well as strong organizational, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Experience in working on data-related implementation projects, particularly in healthcare organizations and/or professional services settings.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to logically structure issues and determine recommended resolutions.
• This position requires a minimum of 20% travel.

Responsibilities

• Gather a wide range of data elements from data sources at healthcare organizations.
• Collaborate with multiple Kodiak Solutions teams including technical implementation and revenue cycle specialists.
• Participate in product training for client end-users.
• Leverage data and technology expertise to deliver insightful reporting.
• Develop and train junior team members in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
