Job summary

The role partners with Legal, Tax, Sales, and Finance to improve revenue systems, controls, and reporting accuracy, while supporting audits and maintaining policies. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
• Strong revenue accounting experience with ASC 606 and US GAAP.
• Advanced Excel skills; Workday Financials experience preferred.
• Public accounting, CPA eligibility, or staff management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review customer contracts and determine revenue recognition treatment.
• Lead monthly revenue close, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Prepare technical accounting memos supporting significant revenue conclusions.
• Support external audits and maintain revenue accounting policies and controls.
• Improve revenue processes and data integrity across Workday and connected systems.
