Job summary

Transamerica is seeking an Intermediate Account Manager for TAG Retirement in a hybrid role. You will manage daily retirement plan administration, respond to inquiries, and partner with internal teams to enhance client service and retention.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree, 3 years of relationship experience in retirement/financial services, and strong communication and presentation skills. Travel is occasional. Salary range: $52,000–$62,000 with bonus eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business field.
• 3 years of customer relationship experience, including retirement/financial services exposure.
• Experience with daily administration of retirement plans and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration support for retirement plans.
• Research issues and negotiate resolutions with internal and external partners.
• Build and maintain proactive relationships with clients and financial professionals.
• Lead client meetings and assist with mentoring new account managers.
