This onsite role requires a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years in project management or resource planning, plus strong analytical skills to prepare monthly and quarterly reports and ensure compliance with finance and labor regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Proven experience in resource management and staffing planning.
• Strong cross-functional communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and support decision-making.
• Proficient in standard office and data tools (Office 365, analytics).

Responsibilities

• Lead BU and divisional resource controllers in manpower planning and budget alignment.
• Define targets for efficiency and risk; measure capacity and output.
• Benchmark industry standards; coordinate with external partners when needed.
• Roll up BU reports; support monthly/quarterly manpower and budget reporting.
• Ensure indirect purchasing systems and regulatory compliance guidance.
