Egon Zehnder is seeking a proactive Researcher to join our Dallas-based Research team. You will guide client teams on executive search, board, and advisory projects, lead market and candidate research, and deliver high-quality client materials.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and multi-project balance are essential. Responsibilities include project planning, market insights, and knowledge management to support our clients with human capital solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience (post-undergrad).
• Experience in market research, qualitative or legal research, or professional services.
• Experience managing multiple mandates simultaneously.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication ability.
• Attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and project strategy for multiple client projects.
• Dictate milestones and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Serve as lead researcher in collaboration with consultants and other researchers.
• Develop rigorous approaches and strategies for target markets and data analysis.
• Guide project teams to deliver high-quality client materials.
• Identify, calibrate and prioritize potential candidates through research and networks.
• Create high-quality client documentation such as candidate profiles and search strategies.
