Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ professional work experience.
• Experience in market research, qualitative or legal research, or consulting.
• Experience managing multiple mandates simultaneously.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Demonstrates very strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple client projects with Consultants and other Researchers.
• Develop research strategies and parameters to deliver scalable client solutions.
• Guide project teams through search processes to deliver quality materials.
• Identify and prioritize potential candidates via thorough research and networks.
• Develop client materials and documentation like profiles and search strategies.
• Develop pitch materials and client deliverables for business development.
• Monitor relevant market shifts to support business development.
• Assist in creating event lists for client development activities.
• Contribute to knowledge management and share expertise.
• Develop subject matter expertise to advise client teams.
