Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analysis, or finance.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to present complex topics clearly to varied audiences.
• Ability to influence senior decision makers and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects for senior executives, conducting research and storytelling on high-impact topics.
• Craft compelling, insight-driven narratives to educate business leaders and stakeholders.
• Analyze high-level strategic questions, competitive positioning, and deep dives into market trends.
• Monitor financial, economic, and industry events to inform leadership decisions.
• Analyze large financial data sets (Fed, FDIC, Census, etc.) and synthesize findings.
• Independently manage projects while contributing to group problem solving.
• Develop relationships and build partnerships across the enterprise.
