Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or information systems or related field required.
• 5 years’ experience in research accounting, finance or accounting systems design required.
• Experience with Workday and ERP system design; knowledge of related tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimize Workday research administration and accounting functionality.
• Test, implement and upgrade financial and research systems (Workday, InfoEd, OnCore, Minuet/Inteum, Fund Driver).
• Maintain process documentation; train end users and support continuous process improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, IS, HRIS, Research and vendors to implement enhancements.
• Generate reports and support audits with system data and documentation.
• Participate in user training and onboarding for system tools.
