Blue Yonder seeks a pragmatic Manager, Supply Chain Advisory (Solution Advisor) for the Discrete Manufacturing team to drive transformation initiatives for WMS customers. This IC role combines domain expertise, analytics, and stakeholder engagement to enable better network design, inventory, and demand planning with technology-enabled processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of customer-facing supply chain advisory or consultative sales experience, preferably with manufacturing customers.
• Solid experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), ideally BY WMS/JDA WMS within manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication skills to translate complex concepts for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to quality delivery and measurable value.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers with strategic insights and Blue Yonder solutions aligned to business requirements.
• Identify and present additional solution opportunities to existing customers.
• Participate in discovery workshops and design sessions, documenting requirements and contributing to blueprinting activities.
• Provide subject matter expertise across supply chain management, operations, and enabling technologies.
• Support solution demonstrations using business value narratives and data.
