• Experience providing coding, coverage, and payment guidance in a healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, and commercial payer methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support reimbursement inquiries from sales teams and providers.
• Conduct in-depth research on coding and payer policies.
• Manage all Coding Hotline and email inquiries.
• Collaborate with providers to resolve claim issues.
• Develop payer communications highlighting IVS products.
