The role requires a strong background in environmental regulatory work, 10+ years in Alaska, and a track record of delivering permits and client-focused services in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS required in environmental field as stated.
• 10+ years in environmental permitting and regulatory work.
• 10+ years Alaska experience.
• Oil & Gas, Mining, and Construction permitting experience.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities to provide regulatory, permitting and compliance services in Alaska.
• Lead regulatory and permitting practice; manage clients, projects, and staff with reporting.
• Provide regulatory permitting subject matter expertise and develop comprehensive strategies.
• Prepare and oversee permit applications applying best practices.
• Manage projects from inception through completion including proposals and budgets.
• Coordinate document revisions and agency feedback.
• Define project success criteria and monitor dependencies.
• Collaborate with clients, regulators, and staff to ensure compliance.
