Fairweather Science, LLC is seeking a Regulatory Permitting Manager based in Anchorage, Alaska, to lead regulatory and permitting efforts on national projects with a focus in Alaska. The role requires directing a team, managing client relationships, and delivering compliant permitting strategies across projects.

The successful candidate will have deep Alaska permitting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team to support diverse

Qualifications

• Must possess a BS in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, Ecology, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental, permitting, regulatory and compliance work with progressive responsibilities leading to subject matter expertise.
• Minimum 10 years of Alaska Experience.
• Oil and Gas, Mining, and Construction permitting experience.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to provide regulatory, permitting and compliance services to clients in Alaska.
• Lead the Regulatory and Permitting business practice, managing clients, projects and staff.
• Develop regulatory strategies with stakeholders and ensure timely permits.
• Prepare permit applications and oversee project budgets and reporting.
• Coordinate document revisions and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and team members.
