Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in communications or related field and strong writing, editing, and CMS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, higher education, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for customer interactions.
• Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage clear, accurate, timely communications for students, faculty, staff, and campus partners.
• Oversee Registrar's Office web presence and communication workflows across platforms.
• Serve as liaison for Pathify, Slate, and Apex and ensure messaging aligns with institutional standards.
