INTEGRIS Health Enid in Enid, Oklahoma is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Physician (IP/OP) to join our team. The Physician provides direct patient care and collaborates on related clinical activities.

Located in Enid, a regional medical hub about 100 miles northwest of Oklahoma City, the role is employed with a comprehensive benefits package including a sign-on incentive, relocation allowance, education stipend, CME support, and malpractice coverage with tail.

Qualifications

• Oklahoma MD or DO license.
• BC/BE.

Responsabilités

• Thoroughly evaluates and manages each patient and documents information completely.
• Identifies relevant medical issues accurately and uses appropriate procedures and testing.
• Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms.
• Participates in quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee.
• Provides direction to staff for an efficient and smooth running team.
• Ensures fiscal viability of the practice.
• Complies with policies and procedures.

• Completes and maintains problem list, medication list, disease management forms, preventative maintenance flow sheets and other medical record forms
• Participates in the quality improvement and medical management plans as directed by the Medical Operating Committee
• Provides direction to staff members for an efficient and smooth running team
• Ensures fiscal viability of the practice
• Complies with policies and procedures if applicable.
• The Physician is responsible for patients.

This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements. Moderate exposure to hazardous risks, including potential for exposure to infections and communicable diseases, blood and body fluids, electrical equipment, chemicals. Potential for bodily injury related to lifting and incidents of workplace violence. Must follow universal safety precautions. Exposed to constant interruptions, noise, disagreeable odors, and assorted chemicals.
