Responsibilities

• Oversee the selection process from initial screens to interviews and feedback.
• Build a network of candidates through research and bench management.
• Develop proactive recruitment strategies to target passive and active candidates.
• Present top talent to open positions and manage objections.
• Consult with hiring managers on selections and recruitment processes.
• Maintain client and candidate relationships and meet submit-to-hire goals.
• Maintain ATS data and related administrative reports.
