Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Recruiter in the United States to source and place candidates across a range of roles, including temporary and direct-hire positions. You will partner with clients to define hiring needs, develop strategies, and build a robust talent pipeline.

You will coach candidates on resumes and interview readiness, conduct structured interviews, and help redeploy associates while meeting KPIs and service levels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of recruiting or related experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to build relationships with clients, candidates, and teams.
• Familiarity with employment laws and sourcing trends.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire roles.
• Develop client- and role-specific recruiting strategies.
• Build and maintain a candidate pipeline aligned with client needs.
• Coach candidates on resumes and interview preparation.
• Conduct structured interviews and prescreening to assess fit.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and redeploy temporary associates.
• Act as SME for Adecco’s recruitment tools and processes.
• Attend to candidate inquiries and ensure accurate information flow.
