Job summary

Woodhouse Auto Family in Omaha, NE, is seeking a Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. You'll partner with leaders across our dealership network to attract, identify, and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding.

This full-time, in-person role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, a base compensation of $55,000 to $75,000 annually, and opportunities to impact staffing across 20+ dealership locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience required
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software
• Recruiting, staffing, sales, admissions, account management, or related experience preferred.
• Acceptable post-offer background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

• Post and promote open positions across recruiting platforms
• Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach
• Screen applicants and identify qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
• Present offers, monitor pre-employment requirements, and onboarding activities
• Maintain candidate activity and hiring records within the ATS
• Support internal promotions and transfers
• Attend career fairs, networking events, and school recruiting initiatives
