Job summary

The RMN Agency is seeking a mid-level real estate associate (3–6 years) to join an AmLaw 200 firm’s Real Estate practice in Atlanta, operating on a national platform. This role offers exposure to sophisticated, transactional work and high-caliber clients.

You will support acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and real estate finance, with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating purchase agreements and financing documents. A litigation of due diligence, closings, and client collaboration is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of real estate transactional experience.
• Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.
• Strong drafting and analytical skills; active bar admission.

Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of commercial real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, leases, and financing documents.
• Manage due diligence processes and coordinate closings.
• Advise clients on business objectives and strategic guidance.
