Job summary

Greystar is seeking a skilled project manager to develop, implement, and oversee complex projects across budgets and timelines. The role partners with multiple departments and external contacts to streamline processes and achieve strategic goals.

The incumbent will supervise project work, manage communications, and drive quality control across initiatives, ensuring ROI and alignment with organizational standards. PMP or equivalent experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with budgeting, reporting and financial analytics.
• Familiarity with multifamily property management software (Yardi/One Site).

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on department or cross‑department planning and design, may contribute to budgets and schedules.
• Provide supervision, coordination, and management of project work; liaise between departments and 3rd party contacts.
• Facilitate status meetings with management to align schedules and coordinate projects.
• Ensure quality control measures or processes are developed and implemented to meet expectations.
• Create materials, outlines and procedures to effectively manage projects and support training or knowledge transfer.
