Responsibilities

• Provides advanced planning to optimize occupancy and operating efficiency for Regions’ large footprint of locations.
• Manages construction and renovation projects including planning, design, and construction.
• Supports space management with inventory of building plans for Regions’ locations.
• Provides furniture and move management services for Regions’ locations.
• Ensures quality customer service, strategic planning, and project reporting.
• Monitors vendor services.
• Maintains budgets.
• Manages health/safety environmental issues.
• Aims for cost efficiencies.
