Qualifications

Experience in portfolio optimization and cost optimization for large CRE portfolios.
Proven ability to lead portfolio strategy related to Mergers & Acquisitions and workplace strategy.
Extensive consulting experience delivering engagements for Fortune 1000 clients.
Background in Big 4-style consulting is strongly encouraged.
Experience influencing senior executive-level relationships.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage complex, high-pressure workstreams.

Responsibilities

Proactively support the account team to ensure excellence and consistency across engagements.
Assist in solving complex problems with a broad perspective and innovative solutions.
Design and deliver data collection/analysis frameworks and translate results into recommendations.
Support delivery teams across multiple workstreams and manage day-to-day client relationships.
Present data-driven insights to senior client leadership and facilitate workshops.
