Job summary

Provident is seeking an Associate in Real Estate Development/Investment to support analyses for a diverse portfolio including office, retail, mixed-use, and special assets. This in-office role partners with senior leadership to inform investment decisions, with exposure to development and asset management across multiple product types.

The role emphasizes financial modeling, underwriting, and market research to drive acquisition, disposition, and capital-structuring analyses.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
2-5 years of real estate finance, investments, or development experience.
Prior experience as a Financial Analyst or Underwriter in real estate.
Proficiency with loan, lease and investment analysis (debt sizing/structuring, rent roll).
Experience with asset management and deal execution.

Responsibilities

Support acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing analyses, and valuations.
Build and maintain financial models for investments and developments across assets.
Perform debt sizing, lease abstraction, rent roll analysis; evaluate deal structures.
Prepare financing packages for lenders and investors; conduct due diligence.
Assist in development pro formas, entitlements, and development process.
