Axiom Law is seeking Real Estate Attorneys to advise clients, including some of the world’s largest companies, on commercial real estate, leasing, development, and real estate finance matters.
We value experience across commercial real estate, construction and development, and real estate financing. You will draft and negotiate leases, purchase and sale agreements, and financing documents, while counseling on transactional and regulatory issues. A U.S. state bar is required.
Qualificações
- 4+ years of legal experience in commercial real estate and leasing, construction and development, or real estate finance.
- Active attorney license in good standing with a U.S. state bar.
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate agreements.
- In-house experience is a plus.
Responsabilidades
- Advise clients on commercial real estate, construction and development, and real estate finance matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate leases, purchase agreements, and financing documents.
- Counsel clients on transactional, regulatory, and operational real estate issues.
- Support acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects, and collaborate with lenders, tenants, and developers.
