Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Construction Management, or related field.
• MBA or master's degree preferred but not required.
• 7+ years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or category management experience.
• 7+ years in real estate procurement, construction project management, or facilities maintenance.
• Strong financial, analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Retail or consumer goods experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global category strategies for Global Retail portfolios (Store Construction, Store Maintenance, Visual Merchandising, Collateral).
• Lead global sourcing initiatives from strategy through implementation and supplier governance.
• Negotiate MSAs, SLAs, pricing structures, consulting agreements, and other contracts.
• Partner with Finance and Global Retail teams; manage supplier performance via KPIs and reviews.
• Analyze spending, market data, and total cost of ownership to identify value opportunities.
• Deliver cost savings, supplier consolidation, and operational efficiencies while ensuring governance.
