Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of project engineering experience within rail.
• Strong understanding of rail product development and systems engineering.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Responsibilities

• Represent Engineering within the project core team and act as main customer interface for technical matters.
• Lead train development work packages delivering Quality, Cost and Delivery objectives.
• Track project progress and report status; escalate critical technical issues when needed.
• Lead cross-functional development activities across Engineering, Procurement, Industrialization and Services.
• Define and deploy technical and QCD objectives for the engineering team.
• Coordinate development planning, configuration and change management, and Design for Operations and Services.
