Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of software engineering experience, 10+ preferred.
- BS in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or quantitative field.
- Experience with Python ecosystem and OO languages (Java preferred).
- Knowledge of quantitative and data science technologies.
- Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
Responsibilities
- Prioritize technical work by understanding business purpose and tradeoffs.
- Drive innovation, standard methods, and architectural framework.
